Smoothie - Triple Berry Blast
1 c frozen mixed berries
1 c skim milk
1 banana
1 scoop protein powder
Blend and serve - makes 2 servings.
I adjusted the original recipe so I'm not sure of the nutritional info on this one! I'm sorry!
