This one is super easy and quite tasty. Its great with the Baked Tortilla Chips!
2 large tomatoes, diced
6 green onions, chopped
1 c part skim Mozzarella cheese
1 can diced green chilies
1 can sliced black olives, drained
1/4 c fat free Italian salad dressing
1/4 c chopped cilanto - optional
Combine in a bowl, mix well and allow to chill for at least one hour before serving.
Makes 8 1/2 c servings
